We initially made contact with Karayiannas in February 2006, having already decided the whole property abroad was not for us, and not really sure what to expect.
Within an hour of being shown some properties and talking to Karayiannis, all that changed and we made an offer and had it accepted within the space of a few days.
We have not looked back since, and Karayiannis were only too happy to hold our hand throughout the whole process, from selection, financing, moving in etc.
Indeed we were very happy with the advice and help we got through the setting up stage but extremely happy with the delivery, and assistance around moving in. Michelle, not only ensured the smoothness of the handover but was extremely helpful in finding furniture suppliers, curtain providers and similar requirements.
Subsequent to us receiving the keys in February 2007 we have kept in touch and we would certainly consider asking for the help as and when we are ready to upsize.
